You are billed for your membership $30.50 for each Candle of the Month shipment of two 16-oz Candles (charged to your credit card at the time the order ships, every other month).  Sorry, but a receipt will not be included in your shipment. If you are purchasing the Candle of the Month Club Membership as a gift for someone else, your credit card will be charged the membership amount at the time of initial purchase. (The amount will depend on the package you choose.)

Yes, and what a great gift is makes! All you need to do is provide the recipient's information. (Be sure and provide us with an appropriate shipping address for the recipient!) They will receive a warm welcome letter announcing the gift from you. We offer gift packages of 3-Shipments (6 months), 6-Shipments (12 months/1 Year), or 12 Shipments (24 Months/2 Years). Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of initial purchase. (The amount will depend on the package you choose)

Call us and we can change the information promptly for you, or you may change your own information by using  the My Account section on our website. Please note it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your credit card expiration dates, change of billing/shipping address, etc.

Since we really want you to receive your candles (and YOU will really want to receive them, too) please make sure someone (a neighbor, friend, family member) can pick up your shipments while you're gone. (As you know, we highly recommend that your candles be delivered to an address where someone will be able to physically receive them at the time of delivery to avoid the candles being exposed to the elements).

The delivery agent (UPS) will either make two more attempts or will leave a notice that delivery was attempted asking you to call to make re-delivery arrangements. The Candle of the Month Club Membership can only be shipped to the same address each month. As other clubs do, the benefits apply only to you and your spouse. Sorry, no other family members, friends, girlfriends, or boyfriends can use your membership. Don’t forget, however, that The Candle of the Month Club Membership makes a great gift. So sign ’em up!

We only offer our pre-packed sets of candles for every shipment. So, every other month we plan to ship you 2 candles (already pre-determined and pre-packaged). We regret that we can’t customize each order, but we have done our homework so that you will receive appropriate fragrances based on the seasons. If you discover a "favorite" make sure you use our Store Locator on our website to find a store near you so you can stock up!

It’s hard to imagine there would be a McCall’s fragrance that you wouldn’t like, however, everyone has different “smell-buds” as they do taste-buds!  We try our hardest to package only our most popular & favorite fragrances, but again, everyone has different opinions on what their favorites are! We recommend that you give any “unwanted” candles as a gift to someone else!  Remember, too, you can cancel anytime after your first shipment.

There will eventually be times where you will receive a fragrance you have already received. However, we certainly try our hardest to come up with combinations that are different and seasonally appropriate. (We may, for example, send you Pumpkin Spice in the fall one year, and you may receive it again in a future fall season—since it is pretty limited to that season.) We can only imagine that you will anticipate EVERY shipment and look forward to each fragrance within that shipment!

If we are close to the next shipment we may not be able to cancel the impending shipment, so allow 30 days for the cancellation to become effective.
