- Your Candle of the Month Club Shipments are sent
to you at the address you provide every other month
and include two 16-oz candles in each shipment.
- All shipments are carefully packaged in snug Styrofoam
packs inside a corrugated box.
- They are shipped via UPS ground to physical addresses
only. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
- We require that these shipments be delivered to
an address at which a recipient will be present to
sign for your package (to avoid damage due to the
elements if left outside ) If you are not home during
the day, we recommend using a neighbor or friend as
a possible recipient for you. It is your responsibility
to ensure prompt receipt of your merchandise. If you
are giving the Candle of the Month Club as a gift,
please make sure your gift-recipient will receive
their merchandise at an appropriate location, as specified
above.
This offer is available only to residents living within
the 48 states of the continental US.
McCall’s will refund the total amount of your purchase
(including sales tax & shipping charges) showing any
damage or defect upon receipt. Please notify McCall’s
of any damage/defects within 5 days of receipt. We will
send a UPS call-tag at no charge to you to pick-up damaged/defective
merchandise. |
